My experience with this body shop was extremely negative, and I strongly recommend that people think twice before doing business with them. What concerned me most was not simply the quality of the business dealings, but the way conflicts and complaints were handled. In my experience, there were situations involving intimidation, threats, and aggressive behavior. That is completely unacceptable in any legitimate business environment. At some point, they need to decide whether they are running a professional business or trying to act like gangsters. Customers should never feel intimidated or threatened for questioning a service, asking for an explanation, or standing up for themselves.Unfortunately, behavior like this also damages the reputation of Brazilians who work hard and conduct themselves professionally in the United States. The people involved in this kind of behavior do not represent the many Brazilians who come here to work honestly and build a better life.My advice is simple: do your research, be extremely careful, and consider other options before trusting this business with your vehicle. My experience was one I would never want to repeat.

Carlos was very easy to transact with, and he offered top notch support! The entire process was seamless.
Stella Monique Salvo
Carlos and the team did an excellent job repairing my car. Carlos’s service pricing is reasonable and he did extensive research before I decided to choose a new part. Carlos explained to me throughly about the work needed to get rid of my check engine light and showed photos of the service. Overall would go back to get service again and would refer others.
Tiffany Bui

Great experience with Veloces Auto Body Shop! They did an amazing job repairing the sun damage on my truck, and the color match came out perfect. You can’t even tell where the work was done.Big shoutout to Carlos for taking care of me and making the whole process easy. Great communication, quality work, and attention to detail. Definitely recommend Veloces!
Steven James Habon

Montana Cruz
Easy to schedule, great pricing through Groupon and got right to it
Melvin Chan
Prompt and easy to make an appointment with, and the Groupon deals make it all the worthwhile!
Leonard Sayers
This is the best collision repair shop in sf! The quote was very reasonable and the cost was explained in a breakdown. The whole experience made my stress of the car damage go away and I felt like I was in good hands. Hopefully I don't need another repair, but if I do, I'll go back to Veloce Collision.
Kat Liu
They did a great job and were very easy to communicate with! They also gave me the cheapest quote among all the shops I talked to. Would recommend them!
Sayam Kanwar
I came here because of my dad and found a Groupon I couldn’t say no to. I usually don’t mess with Groupon but the reviews for this spot were phenomenal. The people there are chill and I definitely plan to comeback! It’s better to support small businesses.I can honestly say I recommend veloce collision! I used to take my car to victory Honda but not only did they try to charge me more than their advertised rates, they disrespected me thinking I was a fool. Mind you my whole family has been buying cars from them for about 50 years (2 in the last 5 years). It will probably be the last time. It’s hard to find honest and professional people in the car industry.I’m typically lazy with reviews but here I am giving them one!I think it’s worth a shot coming in if you want to have good service from respectable people.
Rickesh Patel
Good service. Went for tire repair and tire rotation
Ethan Ngo
Very happy with the service! They did an oil change, tire rotation and brake service with the groupon coupon offer and I saved over $150! Would definitely recommend them.

Hi I had my car alignment from this place the guy was super cool had my alignment done in no time while I waited.thanks guys for fitting me in!
Dennis Pellos
Quick and fast oil change! Carlos is great to work with.
Alton Chen
Great experience with the bumper repair, done while waiting. They also have groupons on their website.I opted for the complete repaint job, still reasonably priced vs. a less expensive touchup option. I don’t regret, it was done right.
Fritz Hinterberger
I saw the reviews for this shop and figured I’d check them out. Superb work done for my brand new Toyota Camry. I unfortunately damaged my front passenger side. This shop quoted a very fair and reasonable price, whereas a different shop tried to charge me double for the same work. Carlos is amazing and very transparent throughout the entire process. They took care of my car and made sure everything was perfect. I would come back here again! Perfect results. I can’t even tell there was ever any damage.

First made contact with the shop by way of purchasing their Groupon for their oil change. They did professional work. Honest. And reliable.I appreciated the owner Carlos. They did not upsell me. But rather did a thorough Diagnostic and inspection. I like my visit so much. That I ended up coming back one month later to do a major service. I ended up needing to change out my spark plugs and coils. At 2 to 3 hour service. Carlos saved me on the labor fee. Which is the most expensive part. Is Mechanic Michael from Colombia is solid. What more happened. Is on a later date half of my serpentine belt disintegrated and snapped. I took it to the shop. And they had it done within the same day. They even gave me a loaner car as well. When I see a business that has all five stars. If you're anything like me I get very skeptical. I wonder if they bought their reviews. Or are offering a discount or a free service in exchange for the five star review. I can tell you honestly that I did not receive anything for free. And this is a genuine happy customer review.Thank you again to Carlos and his team.

Great experience at Veloce Collision Bodyshop. The team was professional, kept me updated throughout the repair, and did an excellent job. My car looks like new, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I went in for an alignment and needed to get a few other things done. Carlos and his staff were professional and efficient. The repair took a little longer than necessary so Carlos was kind enough to lend me a loner car! I really appreciated this so I was not stuck home over the weekend. The cost was fair and the work was done well. I would recommend VC for any car repairs needed. Thank again for getting my baby running smoothly!

I had a 4 wheel alignment Groupon for Veloce Collision that cost $74 (just note the fine print does state that taxes, shop fees, or certain complex/European cars can be an additional charge). Even with the extra taxes and fees, the wheel alignment still undercut most other shops here in SF by $50.They did a thorough inspection, and Carlos (who I assume is the lead or manager) let me know about a few things that need addressing in the future, but I never felt pressured to get them done on the spot. Best of all, the alignment itself was great. Most techs just aim for the factory "green zone," but I noticed they took the time to mirror the toe on both sides and get it right in the middle of factory spec. I'd be happy to bring my car back here for future service!
Adrian Soliven
They painted my bumper just right I appreciate the service. Definitely will be back.

Buen servicio buena atención, y servicio a tiempo

Carlos is a great person to work with. They repaired my truck, and although the process took longer because of some insurance issues, everything was eventually resolved. The repair was done well, and I’m very happy with the result. I really appreciate Carlos and the whole team for their professionalism and patience. Thank you!

Carlos and his team are awesome! They're honest, helpful, and they get work done pretty fast. He's great about giving you options, telling you whether you should go with OEM or aftermarket for parts replacements, and it's a One-Stop shop for both body work and mechanical! He's a local self-built small business, and it shows in his care for customers and personal touch! They've been keeping my 200K 2007 Honda Element in great shape!

I had an excellent experience with Veloce Collision. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, respectful, and attentive. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was outstanding. It is rare to find a body shop that combines professionalism, honesty, excellent workmanship, and exceptional customer service.I highly recommend Veloce Collision to anyone looking for high-quality repairs and a team that truly cares about its customers. Thank you to everyone for the excellent work and outstanding service!Michel Smaylly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I found Veloce Collision online due to great reviews after my bumper fell off and the dealership said I have to wait 3 days before they had time. Fernanda at Veloce answered my call and said I can stop by right away, and she was very friendly on the call. I taped my bumper together the best I could and drove over to Veloce. The cool industrial building was painted in orange with black lettering and stood out. I walked into the space, and a gentleman in his late 40s/early 50s greeted me right away. I mentioned Fernanda’s name and he pointed me to her office. They looked at my car right away, told me the cost to fix it in 40 minutes. The cost was very affordable. Fernanda even let me know a cool cafe nearby where I can get great coffee & food while waiting for the car to be fixed. The work done was supposed to be temporary until I could order a replacement part the following week, but Veloce team did such an amazing job that I was able to drive away without needing to order a replacement part or come back the following week. I’m so glad I found them, and will go to them over the dealership in the future.

Went for alignment , as my previous tires were badly worn on the inside.

My car was a wreck! When I got my car back she was perfect again! From the moment that called I knew I was in great hands. I had been searching for months a place that was going to care about my needs to my Challenger! Veloce Collision listened to me and did what experts do….had me leave my keys, made the repairs and called me when my baby was ready for pick up! They went above and beyond fixing my head light issue at no extra charge. Thank you Veloce for everything and Im excited to continue my business with you guys!!Best,Nicole

I had a collision that damaged the front of my truck, and I didn't have much time. They returned it to me in a matter of days, and the work they did was excellent.

I took my car in on a Tuesday afternoon to repair a small dent and picked it up Friday evening. The service was top notch from start to finish. Carlos is so easy to deal with. I highly recommend this business. ❤️

Fantastic service. They did a bumper repaint on my Prius and I would come back in a heartbeat. They were $300 cheaper than competitors, their office was nice, clean and inviting, they were extremely responsive (with texted pictures too!) They did more than just the bumper for free since there was discoloration on a significant chunk of the back. Thank you Paolo at Veloce! Will come again!
Mary Dicou
Carlos and his team did an amazing job! Fast service too. My car looks new again after all the scratches and dents accumulated over the years. 100% recommend

Finally a mechanic you can trust! 😉I feel so thankful I found Veloce for all my car services. They were all polite, through and extremely transparent with work and cost. Plus the nice gentleman at the desk gave me a delicious Brazilian soda, must try!I used the Groupon voucher for the oil change but also diagnostic bc my car was making some weird sounds and it was dying on me, needing a jump. I assumed it would need a new battery and I also thought I would need new tires, I loved we were able to communicate through text, I told them all this beforehand and I was so surprised it just needed new terminal connectors, they also said with a rotation my tires had 50% life still in them which they could have just upcharge and sold me tires and a battery, as well they found some issues like my engine mount was dangerous and brake pads. Which was very affordable and extensive. This is the first mechanic I have been to that took pictures and sent me a report of the findings and their work. I will be recommending them to everyone, Really impressed 👍😁

This Body Shop should be called "All Good" because several weeks after they completed my repairs I am still satisfied with their Price, Quality and Service. It's All Good 👍

Easy to an appointment for an estimate. No wait for the repair. Work completed in 3 days. Repair the dents and scrapes looks perfect. Loaner car for free. The price very reasonable. I will certainly use again if I am unfortunate enough to have damage to my car again.

Love this Body Shop, Carlos at front desk always returned my calls and was very helpful. His body shop did a wonderful job on my deep scraped to the metal on my back right passenger side. They matched the paint color perfectly. I would greatly recommend this shop who was recommended to me by my Lexus dealership in Colma.
John Caselli
I was in a vehicle crash and brought my car to Veloce collision, insurance is being hard to deal with but Carlos is going the extra mile to help me solve all the issues. Extremely great service and especially customer service!
Zizo C
Carlos, was great to work with, very responsive and provided everything we asked for.
Mark Draper
I brought my car here for an oil change with a Groupon, which includes a free tire rotation. It’s a good deal compared to many of the other local options. The office is inside the Brazilian cafe next door. The staff are friendly and they offered a free Brazilian Guarana soda while you wait.
Keith Wright
Great experience getting my oil changed!! Friendly and fast
Kendall Butler
I’ve brought two of my cars here and both times the service has been excellent. Their alignment work is really solid, and they truly stand behind the quality. What makes Veloce stand out even more is that they offer loaner cars — that’s a huge convenience and one of the main reasons I’ll definitely keep coming back. Overall, professional, reliable, and customer-friendly. Highly recommend!
Joe Wong
Excellent mechanics! Quick diagnosis and efficient repair! Recommend to all. We were traveling and they rescued us. Thank you

I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos during my visit for an oil change. Appointments are required for all services, but he was able to get my car serviced literally in and out within less than an hour. The process was simple yet he was very thorough. They offer so much than just car repairs for insurance claims such as car detailing, paint touch ups, you just have to ask. I was in the area, and had an oil change on my to do list, so I just did a search and Veloce Collision was the first to pop up, and after reading the reviews prior to my visit, they definitely lived up to their reputation on offering great services from previous customers. I know I will be coming here again, and I highly recommend their services without any doubt. Thank you Carlos and staff for giving me a great first experience with superior service!
