My experience with this body shop was extremely negative, and I strongly recommend that people think twice before doing business with them.What concerned me most was not simply the quality of the business dealings, but the way conflicts and complaints were handled. In my experience, there were situations involving intimidation, threats, and aggressive behavior. That is completely unacceptable in any legitimate business environment.At some point, they need to decide whether they are running a professional business or trying to act like gangsters. Customers should never feel intimidated or threatened for questioning a service, asking for an explanation, or standing up for themselves.Unfortunately, behavior like this also damages the reputation of Brazilians who work hard and conduct themselves professionally in the United States. The people involved in this kind of behavior do not represent the many Brazilians who come here to work honestly and build a better life.My advice is simple: do your research, be extremely careful, and consider other options before trusting this business with your vehicle. My experience was one I would never want to repeat.

I came here because of my dad and found a Groupon I couldn’t say no to. I usually don’t mess with Groupon but the reviews for this spot were phenomenal. The people there are chill and I definitely plan to comeback! It’s better to support small businesses.I can honestly say I recommend veloce collision! I used to take my car to victory Honda but not only did they try to charge me more than their advertised rates, they disrespected me thinking I was a fool. Mind you my whole family has been buying cars from them for about 50 years (2 in the last 5 years). It will probably be the last time.It’s hard to find honest and professional people in the car industry.I’m typically lazy with reviews but here I am giving them one!I think it’s worth a shot coming in if you want to have good service from respectable people.

This shop quoted a very fair and reasonable price, whereas a different shop tried to charge me double for the same work. Carlos is amazing and very transparent throughout the entire process. First made contact with the shop by way of purchasing their Groupon for their oil change. They did professional work. Honest. And reliable.I appreciated the owner Carlos. They did not upsell me. But rather did a thorough Diagnostic and inspection. I like my visit so much. That I ended up coming back one month later to do a major service. I ended up needing to change out my spark plugs and coils. At 2 to 3 hour service. Carlos saved me on the labor fee. Which is the most expensive part. Is Mechanic Michael from Colombia is solid.What more happened. Is on a later date half of my serpentine belt disintegrated and snapped. I took it to the shop. And they had it done within the same day. They even gave me a loaner car as well.When I see a business that has all five stars. If you're anything like me I get very skeptical. I wonder if they bought their reviews. Or are offering a discount or a free service in exchange for the five star review. I can tell you honestly that I did not receive anything for free. I had a 4 wheel alignment Groupon for Veloce Collision that cost $74 (just note the fine print does state that taxes, shop fees, or certain complex/European cars can be an additional charge). Even with the extra taxes and fees, the wheel alignment still undercut most other shops here in SF by $50.They did a thorough inspection, and Carlos (who I assume is the lead or manager) let me know about a few things that need addressing in the future, but I never felt pressured to get them done on the spot. Best of all, the alignment itself was great. Most techs just aim for the factory "green zone," but I noticed they took the time to mirror the toe on both sides and get it right in the middle of factory spec. I'd be happy to bring my car back here for future service!

I found Veloce Collision online due to great reviews after my bumper fell off and the dealership said I have to wait 3 days before they had time. Fernanda at Veloce answered my call and said I can stop by right away, and she was very friendly on the call. I taped my bumper together the best I could and drove over to Veloce. The cool industrial building was painted in orange with black lettering and stood out. I walked into the space, and a gentleman in his late 40s/early 50s greeted me right away. I mentioned Fernanda’s name and he pointed me to her office.They looked at my car right away, told me the cost to fix it in 40 minutes. The cost was very affordable. Fernanda even let me know a cool cafe nearby where I can get great coffee & food while waiting for the car to be fixed.The work done was supposed to be temporary until I could order a replacement part the following week, but Veloce team did such an amazing job that I was able to drive away without needing to order a replacement part or come back the following week. I’m so glad I found them, and will go to them over the dealership in the future.

Finally a mechanic you can trust! 😉I feel so thankful I found Veloce for all my car services. They were all polite, through and extremely transparent with work and cost. Plus the nice gentleman at the desk gave me a delicious Brazilian soda, must try!I used the Groupon voucher for the oil change but also diagnostic bc my car was making some weird sounds and it was dying on me, needing a jump. I assumed it would need a new battery and I also thought I would need new tires, I loved we were able to communicate through text, I told them all this beforehand and I was so surprised it just needed new terminal connectors, they also said with a rotation my tires had 50% life still in them which they could have just upcharge and sold me tires and a battery, as well they found some issues like my engine mount was dangerous and brake pads. Which was very affordable and extensive. This is the first mechanic I have been to that took pictures and sent me a report of the findings and their work. I will be recommending them to everyone, Really impressed 👍😁

Appointments are required for all services, but he was able to get my car serviced literally in and out within less than an hour. The process was simple yet he was very thorough.
